American Icon Quincy Jones passed away earlier this November at the age of 91.
He was a record producer, songwriter, composer, arranger, and film and television producer. His accolades included over 28 Grammy Awards, Primetime Emmy Award, Tony Award as well as nominations for seven Academy Awards and four Golden Globe Awards.
Born on the South Side of Chicago, IL, Quincy Jones is one the greatest musicians in American and world history; and his 60 years+ discography transcends all music and culture, including much of what would become pillars of the music industry.
